those who may have missed the news, Francisco Sardinha was unseated in
what has now come to be known as the "Travel coup". Evidence
suggests that foreign travel is NOT the best thing for Chief Ministers.
When the cat is away....the mice come out to play.
In a well planned and executed move, the BJP and its Goa supremo, Manohar Parrikar pulled the rug from under Sardinha who incidentaly was Down Under.
