Whatever you say about Conversions by the Church (in terms of what you refer to as inducements or threats about condemnation in Hell) is true for conversions by the Hindus, too. They say Jesus is going to descend, these guys proclaim that Krishna is going to make an appearance. Such groups encourage unchallenged superstitions and irrational behavior. You may argue that Hinduism is more plural and tolerant, but then is it? Try attending a session with the Sanataan guys… they’ll tell you that you are a sinner and that you should submit yourself to Om and….

The fact remains that NOW most of the conversions are due to the inhuman treatment meted to the Dalits.

Who is stopping the Hindus from treating their own fellow human beings with dignity and respect?

In fact most Dalits opt to convert to Buddhism. But then a myth is flaunted as a fact when Buddha is described as the ninth avatar of Vishnu… something that the Buddhists themselves reject.

The militants use regressive religion and aggressive attack on the disadvantaged people, to camouflage the inherent inequalities and contradictions within their so-called faith.
